Full Biography
Tumi Morake is a performer at heart. Her acting career began in 2004.
On discovering a knack for comedy, she branched off onto the stand-up comedy circuit in 2006. Tumi has performed on stage, on television and in films; in English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Setswana and Isizulu all over South Africa.
Her credits include supporting roles in the international award-winning films Jerusalema, Skin and Joburg. On television, she played the lead roles of Millicent in SABC1?s hit sitcom Izoso Connection and Persistence in SABC 2's Askies. She also played cameo roles on Justice For All and the SAFTA award-winning City Ses?la.
